About Brandy
I am a proud 28-year-old parent of a 7 year-old little girl named Belem. I am originally from Texas, but have been in Denver for almost 3 years now. My office is located in the front room of my home where I sit in my office and speak on the phone to my clients until eight-o’clock at night, many times as Belem sits next to me doing her homework. I am a people-pleaser and love connecting a group of people to accomplish a common goal.
My first job opportunity here in the Denver area offered me an opportunity to learn that I am good at managing Human Resources; and that I enjoy coordinating schedules and working with people. For 5 years, starting when I was 8 years old, my mother owned her own cleaning business in the Friendswood and Pearland area of Houston, Texas. School holidays and weekend cleaning or organizing assignments offered me many opportunities to accompany my mother to work; and that doesn’t even count the summers that I wasn’t working at the US Post Office or the Boys and Girls Club. I can see dirt and train others to notice it.
During my early twenties I worked at MD Anderson Cancer Institute. During my time at MD Anderson Cancer Institute I was adopted by a great mentor, Pam Latham. I credit Pam for guiding and training me to love working in an office environment, working with the public, and multitasking.
My second and current job here in Denver area offered me an opportunity to help 2 buddies open a business in their garage. During the 2 years that I have been with this recycling company and a part of their management team, the company has grown into a million dollar a year company that resides in a 40,000 square foot warehouse. Consequently, I have now learned to enjoy the business world and the great opportunities available here, in Colorado. When I decided to try my hand as a business owner I tried to combine all of my best skills. Cleaning homes is what I believe that I do well. I currently have great references in Parker, Elbert, Aurora and Denver. Some of the neighborhoods I currently do work in are Canterbury Crossings, Tally's Reach, The Pinery, Clark Farms and several other subdivisions as well as a few businesses.
